Essential Oil Booster  –  Layer Copaiba over other essential oils to boost their effectiveness.

Post Workout Muscle Soother  –  Mix 3-5 drops of Copaiba with a massage oil. Rub onto sore muscles.

Nerves-Be-Calm Roller  –  Add 5 drops Copaiba, 5 drops of Frankincense, and 5 drops of Valor to a rollerball. Fill the remainder of the rollerball with a liquid carrier oil.

Allergies  –  Add a few drops of Copaiba to an LLP rollerball. LLP is simply equal parts lemon, lavender, and peppermint in a rollerball. It is applied to the forehead, sinuses and behind the ears to promote health during allergy season.

Insect Bites  –  Apply 1-2 drops to sting or bite to reduce discomfort and prevent infection.

Headaches  –  Rub 2-4 drops on soles of feet.

Detox  –  Copaiba stimulates urination to flush toxins from the body. Put 2-3 drops of Copaiba in a glass of water. Drink.

Grouchy Spray  –  Mix equal parts water and witch hazel. Add a few drops of Copaiba. Store in a glass or stainless steel spritzer bottle. Shake to mix before each use.

Fever  –  Dilute 1:1 with a carrier oil. Rub on temples and back of neck.

Healthy Hair Shampoo Recipe  –  Mix 1/3 cup castile soap with 2/3 cup water, and 10 drops of each of the following essential oils: Copaiba, Cedarwood, Lavender, Tea Tree, and Peppermint.

Scaly Skin  –  Add Copaiba to lotion or moisturizer.

Acne  –  Apply 1 drop of Copaiba to pimple. Repeat 2 times a day.

Scars  –  Apply Copaiba to scars twice daily to reduce their appearance.

Skin Toner  –  To help skin tighten, add copaiba to facial cream.


Tea  –  Mix 2-3 drops of Copaiba to a cup of warm water and honey.
