Application: Apply 2 drops on location. Directly inhale. Diffuse.

Achy Joints  –  Rub on affected areas.

Blister  –  Rub on blister 3-5 times daily.

Cuts, Scrapes, Bruises  –  Rub to promote healing, prevent infection and stop bleeding. Use with lavender for even more effectiveness.

Congestion and Cough  –  Inhale from hands or a handkerchief. Or rub on chest.

Digestion  –  Put a drop in a glass of water and consume.

Anti-Aging Stick Recipe  –  Melt the following ingredients in a double boiler, adding essential oils last after removing from heat:   1 TBS meadowfoam seed oil, 2 tsp coconut oil, 1.5 tsp beeswax, ½ tsp Shea butter, ½ tsp vitamin e oil, 7 drops frankincense, 10 drops lavender. Pour into 6 lip balm containers.
